FKRUN/VDD/SPORE have left and snuck away to ncdot. I have kicked HVC. Naturally ive been out of game so I didnt know they were leaving before the fact because they never communicated on anything more difficult than pos timers, despite strenuous attempts at an open door policy vOv Not bitter, thats just a fact. You get the alliance you deserve, and if you expect everyone around you to change but refuse to yourself, it wont work out.
99% of all drama and problems you have with people, with this alliance are in your head probably based on misinterpreted info reinforced by a total lack of trying to find the right info or make things better. Or you just get off on being a ****, and that wont fly. Yes this probably includes many people still here, theoretically reading this post. Get your mind right, stop the personal bs, and lets go..
Moving on because the future is what matters, not could-have-beens in the past (hell we could have still been an ncdot pet), I will say a few things:
We have basically been rushed into existence and packed years worth of growth, drama, fights, and memories into about 6 months of life. We have not been able to make everyone happy, simply because we have been forced to adapt what we are doing so quickly over and over. We didnt stay as our founding philosophy, and so when we returned to it the people who joined after we changed were mad that they joined an alliance that was no longer doing what they wanted. Hence it was impossible to keep everyone happy at once. Please manage your expectations and know that allies like pl or ncdot that have had years and years of corps, fcs, and alliance time to sort themselves will always be different from a vibrant young alliance like us. Like raiden they will underestimate us, and we will play to our strengths and keep playing for the enjoyment of pvp not for the glory of supercap count.
1. We know what we want to do as an alliance. We have good leaders, growing fcs and looking at the kb, still very active pvp in a region that is relatively quiet compared to the fotm hotspots. That is a testament to your quality as fcs and pvpers that you can find the kills in a 'quiet area', although we may in the future begin to look at some place else to find pvp if thats what people want. To be determined but we are not complacent so no fear there.
2. If you are leaving now is the best time for you to get it over with and save us the drama. Be a man for once in your life, say you are leaving and go. No one will stop you or try to camp you from moving. Show us respect and we will do the same. Im tired of trying to get philosophical so for once just make a decision asap and stick with it what you decide.
3. If you are staying I salute you and together we will be rebuilding as an alliance. We are not disbanding, we are not stopping our pvp or all rage quitting in leadership. We are not letting drama ***gots or fotm alliance chasers get us down. If you stay in like most of us, I promise you personally that we will be doing everything in our power to stay true to our roots and pursue some nice pvp and fun fights. Most pvp corps can barely find a few kills a day let alone all that we do, and I hope those that stay will appreciate the vision that we are putting forward in the alliance and stay true to our culture.
The one good thing to come of all our trials is that like a blade forged in hotter and hotter fires, we are overcoming our trials learning a lot about not just pvp, but more importantly about what we want to be as an alliance. I promise the next 6 months will be just as action packed as the last 6, but if we do our job right, the next half a year will be free of all the drama bull**** and will see us really coming together as a cogent alliance.
Thanks for your time
Wow , simply wow . Is that how garst sees it ?
